I think it's strange that so many seem to care about whether people get
that specific surgery. Except for in extreme circumstances it's not something that significantly changes how a person looks to people outside. I'm much more perplexed by people who literally mess up their faces or ugly tats than I am implant surgery. Especially because Utah has a high percentage of child bearing women where implant surgery is more about returning the breasts back to where they were before kids than anything.
