You keep saying things without giving any reason to believe you.
So far all I've seen is a 13 year old Forbes article that says SLC has a lot of plastic surgeons per capita. If you don't count children in the per capita math. Which seems like a problem, since it underrepresents the size of the population being served in Utah's case.
And even if SLC is the heathen cesspool we seem so eager to believe, I'm still not following the conclusion that a population must be undereducated if so many of them are surgeons.
