I think it's strange that people care about tattoos and double piercings
but not plastic surgery. To be clear, I don't really care about any of those things per se. But I also see your point that one is enhancing their body in one case and the other is more restorative. But I would bet most of the time they're going above and beyond and enhancing. So what's the difference? If I'm "enhancing" my body with a really cool piece of art that means something to me vs if someone is "enhancing" their body with a nose job, face lift, breast augmentation, etc.
