When I first started working from home years ago I would work up until dinner time then join my family. After dinner if there wasn't a family duty or activity that called for my attention I would tend to find myself wandering back into my office to work on something that had been left undone earlier or was still on my mind. It took a conscious effort to shut that down.
I still tend to start work too early, heading into my office because of those beginning-of-the-day work thoughts that start as soon as you wake up rather than giving myself some personal time in the morning.
