testing recently and wear a Fitbit and all three of those in concert confirm its a legit number). What should be my macro and caloric goals to maintain my muscle mass but burn fat? I have 57 pounds of fat on my body total (according to my recent dexa scan). Id like to lose 30 pounds overall (with the understanding that I may have to lose some muscle too to make my goal). Any doctors or nutritionists etc on the board have any good suggestions?
