You’re proabbly in that sweet spot where you can lose fat and gain muscle
But at some point I don’t think you can have a calorie deficit and also build muscle. I would guess you’d want to keep the calorie deficit fairly low, maybe 300 cal per day, you’ll have to be pretty consistent with it.
