the best shape of my life. Granted, I take more frequent deload weeks because I don't recover as quickly as I used to, but I can do stuff now that I couldn't do in my 20s and am stronger than I've ever been. (We'll see how long father time lets that last.)
I like that all his stuff is backed up by multiple scientific studies. It's not a bunch of bro science. Plus, he updates it as new information comes out.
