Lamb is trying to be kind probably. Is often the kindest thing to tell someone
Sooner rather than later that you are not interested. With two good kickers, it just doesn't seem in the cards at byu.
That being said I wish lamb explained this better so there weren't hard feelings. You don't ever want to turn people away from liking byu, and if the kid really really wanted to try, I'd still let him personally
