Where would you rather get sick, have surgery, etc.?

If I was rich, I wouldn't fly to the UK or Spain to get treated for cancer. Americans fatter and that is a big part of the outcomes but you can't attribute that to the healthcare system. We eat more and drive everywhere. In Spain everybody walks and is less fat.

It was a long time ago when I did the analysis, but a lot of the difference in longevity went away
