Wildly inefficient is a great way to describe any Government run program.

There are dozens of nations with government run programs why is it the American Healthcare system that perennially leads the pack in innovation? What does the American system not have in common with all those other government funded healthcare systems?

It was a long time ago when I did the analysis, but a lot of the difference in longevity went away
