Ultimately for me I changed my lifestyle of eating two years ago, lost a ton of weight, and now 95% of the time I feel great. Can’t go back to sugars and a bunch of other crap, but at this point it really doesn’t bother me. I’ve found foods that are filling and taste great and so life is good.
I’ve had probably 10-12 ER visits over the past 15+ years for major stomach pain, and I never could find an answer. Since I changed my diet I haven’t been to the ER even once. It’s all what I eat that has changed my life.
Oh and all the positive benefits of eating healthy I get to enjoy like increased energy and weight loss.
