anyone experience the same?

I've had what feels like gall bladder pain for at least 6 months now. After some meals, or sometimes randomly, I'll get a slight pain in my upper right part of my stomach, and it also makes my upper right back hurt as well. Especially late at night.

I've had an Ultrasound, HIPA scan, endoscopy, and CT scan. All have come back perfectly clean.

I'm probably close to 2k so far, and still have no answers. I know it's ridiculous, but trying to figure this out is making me feel like I'm a pansy and spending stupid money on myself instead of my family.

Really hoping someone on here has had a similar experience and can point me in the right direction. Cheap direction.
