Listened at the time. I kinda just rolled my eyes but now am grateful he helped. I went to see him for stomach pain and to get a Bentyl prescription (which he ultimately gave me). I used to take Bentyl multiple times a week and now I haven’t taken a single pill in over two years. Life changing.

I started eating an occasional Built Bar a couple months ago, but quickly stopped that because it had milk in in. The sugar contents are small but I’m pretty convinced it was the milk.
