Busyness isn't productivity. I stand by my claim that there have to be better
measures of productivity than even busyness.
The one day of the week that I go into the office in a hybrid schedule is probably the day that I am least effective in productivity, but most effective in collaboration and team directed problem solving.
Busyness isn't a great measure of productivity. A bunch of employees in an open office with headphones on getting nothing done isn't productivity.
