Disagree. It is easy to spot pathetic workers in the office. Always has been.
It is easy to see low productivity too. Always has been.
I have people working from home. It is a cost of doing business, but it isn't more productive. It is a great improver of work/life quality by eliminating the commute. Can't disagree with that, but that comes at a cost. The real question is how long until businesses decide that isn't a cost worth it?
