and their work is excellent. Sounds like a home run to me. One of my really good friends has outsourced their entire accounting department overseas. They were toying with it until the pandemic, then went full monte. The cut their costs by 1/2.

My opinion? Managing WFH is a little better than overseas but twice the cost. If you third party it, then they have all of the headaches and you still save 1/3. BOOMING business right now. I doubt I will participate. No opportunity in my department, but there are going to be a lot of people crying in their wheaties at some point.
