Meh. If it is easy to manage WFH, I would start looking overseas.

1/2 the cost. I have never seen so many companies considering it. If one is so motivated, putting teams of employees together overseas could be a HUGE money maker. I know someone who is doing just that where they give you a trained employee.

Blows my mind that people can't see what is happening.
