We knew a guy in our stake in CA who was going to start a business based around this - hire a bunch of people in India to do bookkeeping and then get small business customers to hire his company. It lasted about a year, and his experience was that the bookkeeping was so bad he couldn’t keep his customers and got worried about legal liability for his offshore office’s crappy work so he shut it down and opened an Amazon storefront reselling stuff from Alibaba.
