Anyone throwing insults loses credibility pretty fast with me. So, I can live with your insult quite comfortably. Based on feedback from my board, former employers, my team and most importantly, my compensation, I probably qualify as a great leader even if I think managing WFH employees is more difficult than managing employees in the office.
