Depends on your goals, but typically you'd want to hit a certain weight
300# squat, 250# bench, 400# deadlift are pretty good goals, but might take longer than 3ish months to reach depending on your current numbers.

1.5x body weight bench, 2x body weight squat, 2.5bodyweight deadlifts would take into account your size if the above are too much for your frame and genetics, but may be asking too much depending on your current numbers.
