If you haven't done a lot of lifting recently, Stronglifts 5X5 is a good
program to start training. Google for details but in essence:

5 core lifts
Bench
Squats
Military (shoulder press)
Dead Lift
Bent over row

5 sets of 5. The key is to go up in weight 5 pounds per workout per lift.
