All polynesians share culter, language etc. They have common roots. But Samoa and Tonga are the closest in every way; geographic, language, culter, customs, etc. They tend not to get along with each other.

I think there isn't much difference between them when it comes to athletics. What strikes me is that they seem to produce more quality ball players as a percentage of their population than non-polynesian races.
