lives outside of Utah and away from the Ute oppression. The majority of the fanbase will be more resilient to react only to what happens with the Ute rivalry. For example, the kids of BYU alum here in Bama nearly all strongly identify with BYU since it's the flagship school for their religion. It allows them to identify with being LDS, yet still have a "dog in the fight" of CFB.
