in the 40, 4.32 and 4.21 are light years apart
In that time range, every 100th of a second is a substantial difference. Not realistic to get his time down .11 seconds. However, if he could get it down .03 seconds, so he'd be at the 4.29 range, that would be incredible and would likely put him in the top 2 of the combine. Most years only 1-2 guys run in the 4.2s. Here are the last five years:

2017 Fastest 40: 4.22 (all-time combine record)
2nd Fastest 40: 4.28

2016 Fastest 40: 4.31
2nd Fastest 40: 4.32

2015 Fasted 40: 4.28
2nd Fastest 40: 4.28

2014 Fastest 40: 4.26
2nd Fastest 40: 4.33

2013 Fastest 40: 4.27
2nd Fastest 40: 4.34

We need to use him more this year. He has great hands. Not sure about his escapability after the catch, but let's just let him run past fools and throw him the ball.
