Nebraska--like Texas--over-respected Taysom's speed a bit, I think.
Their coverage was overly weak, I thought--& I assumed it was by design. Taysom had a lot of wide open guys that game.

But I'll have to agree--Neb's D--like Texas's--left a LOT to be desired. Granted, Taysom is a beast that deserves a lot of that--but I certainly don't see it in his arm either game. He hit some good passes against Neb--missed some easy ones--threw a lazy pic that swung the game's momentum--but overall showcased his same ol' ugly arm. He really does not throw a receiver-friendly ball. Even on open, easy throws the receiver has a very small window of error to haul it in usually.
