Plenty of other examples
Hey, I'm with you in terms of appreciating Bronco. Like Kalani himself mentioned when he was hired, Bronco didn't leave the cupboards empty. He ran a clean program that consistently won football games. And when he was actually doing the playcalling, year-in and year-out, his defenses were plain nasty.

Burt isn't the only guy benefitting from a more inviting atmosphere. Look at the way that Gilford treats Wilcox, with a boatload of patience and mutual respect. Or like how Ben Criddle reported that Coach Lamb is working one-on-one with Mo Langi after practice. I'm sure there are many other examples of the coaches going out of their way to create a family-type atmosphere where mistakes are followed up by patience, rather than swift justice. That patience allows athletes to not internalize the mistake.

I think that'll be something that helps us create better depth and execute at a higher level against better opponents.
