I have in-laws who are on gluten free diets
In my opinion, it is crap. They are hypochondriacs. They have been as long as I have known them.
When they visit, my wife feels she has to cook gluten free. So we get to eat what amounts to expensive cardboard every time we host a meal. Our kids have figured it out and always start moaning about grandma's gross bread when they find out she is coming.
