My sister in law has dogs for support. They're a huge help to her.
She doesn't take them places where she needs permission, but they've been good for her.
They're also not a cure all, she does take medication, but the combo of the meds and her dogs has what has worked for her best.
So to say that it's a total joke seems close minded.
