we need to hire guys who are used to having less talent and can make up for
that with scheme.
sitake and tuiaki had tons of defensive talent at utah. they regularly put lots of guys in the nfl. they had P5 NFL talent all over the field.
we don't have that at byu on defense or on offense.
we need guys who have a scheme that makes up for lesser talent on both sides of the ball. they will not be able to recreate what they did at utah, utah is p5 and out of our class.
