Keep Ty, bring in a consultant to change deeper problems.
And maybe get ride of someone on the offensive staff and bring in someone with experience that can help Ty. Not only was Ty trying to install an offense, he was doing it while training a few coaches as well.
I know it depends on who the OC is, but I just don't how ONLY bringing an OC will clean up the mess Kalani created. The problems go much deeper.
