You're using "culture" as being interchangable with "race" but there's another definition and use of
that word. If you could suggest another word that describes the collective personality, norms, habits of a particular group of associated people, I think most of us would be happy to use it instead.

Fans come here to talk sports. In that context, when culture is discussed, it is team culture. Not race or ethnicity.
