To be fair I think you are both right. Their have been racist comments on

the board, though I don't think people realized they were being racist when they made them. But IMHO soupie is right as far as I don't think the majority of the people using the word "culture" are using it as a guise for racism. I think they are actually referring to the CULTURE of the football team. The discipline, or lack there of, the behaviors, the attitudes....the culture.
