Another common usage of the term "culture" is in business.
It is very common to talk about the "corporate culture" of a particular company. The place where I work has a certain culture, and it is different from the culture of other companies we work with, as well as the culture of our competitors.

This has nothing at all to do with race or ethnicity. As soupie explained, this is talking about how each group of people behave, what they value, and what they pursue. In this case, each company is made up of a wide range of different races and ethnicities, but each group has established its own culture (sometimes deliberately, sometimes by accident).

Under Bronco, the team had a culture of "will versus skill", "position mastery", and "execution is much more important than talent". I don't know what the culture was under Crowton, but it wasn't that. It also isn't that under Kalani. Most cheered when Kalani was hired because we were tired of the way the team operated under Bronco. But we didn't think we were going to get a team culture of disrespect, apathy, and divisiveness (which really seems to be the culture of this team this past year).

However, if you thought we were referring to Polynesians when we talked about the team culture this year, then I can understand why you would be upset. That is not what we were talking about in the vast majority of the cases. We were talking about how this team behaves and what they value. The actual things that they have been doing and working towards this year.
