You're missing the point. We're not talking about the "culture" of any particular race or ethnic heritage.
We're talking the norms, personality, and customs of the BYU football team as presently constituted with all the variety of players and coaches on it. Just as your family, friends and associates have a particular personality and norms, this is what the vast majority of people have been discussing here. It has nothing to do with race or ethnic culture. Those are two different and both legitimate definitions of the word "culture". Mistaking one definition for the other is the problem.

Fans come here to talk sports. In that context, when culture is discussed, it is team culture. Not race or ethnicity.
