I absolutely love Detmer as a player and a person, he just did bad as a coach. Not all great players are good coaches. He wasn't, which means its a good thing he was sent packing before the Kalani train went down completely and the next guy would have to start from scratch. Grimes was a good hire and now I believe Kalani has the right people behind him to have a very good career. The players love Kalani and respect him. Now all he has to do win.
