Trying to dodge a car coming at you at 70-80 mph driving the
wrong way would strike fear into a population of right way drivers on Interstate 5. I'm not suggesting she be classified as a terrorist, but the end result is similar.
2nd degree murder is a grossly inadequate penalty and deterrent. The family will suffer for a lifetime without a husband and father.
