She would not be convicted of first degree murder
There is no premeditation that's necessary for a 1st degree charge.

From a legal standpoint, I think there needs to be intent on most cares for even second degree. Best example...a guy comes home finds his wife in bed with another man. Her gets his gun and kills the both of them. It's second degree because the accused did it in the heat of the moment.

I guess she could be convicted of second degree murder because they can prove that she meant to get in a head on collision with another vehicle, and knew that she might cause the death of another person.

I would very that this will be plea bargained down to manslaughter
