People w her kinda condition need to be more heavily controlled is the problem.
Sounds like an acute manic or BPD type.
Those kinda folk don't learn their lesson, unfortunately. They often feel terrible remorse--that only makes them worse. They have illnesses that need to be heavily monitored or these kinda things happen.
