Their way with trips, dinners etc. All that has gone away now. You can have occasional lunch but it must include education and there are tons of limits. Basically amounts to less than anyone else that is wined and dined in the private market.

I think the $250K is for "non-economic" damages, i.e. pain & suffering, etc.
