What general philosophies Rose subscribes to. This likely means that Quincy will be asked to implement his own system to some extent. I'm just hoping Rose adopts a more modern approach to the game.
Depending on how good of a coach Quincy is the Cummard hire could be a good hire in the sense that it allowed Quincy to have a more prominent role. If Quincy doesn't do a good job running his systems then it will be fair to wonder if the Cummard hire was a bad one.
