How does Lee being hired = Rose leaving?

I will say, I expect he will probably retire when this contract ends anyways, but I don't see how hiring Lee is supposed to indicate that.

I think it really has more to do with players anyway. Duke gets top-3 recruiting classes every year. Easy to be a genius
