I fully support Rose and I like the hire of Cummard. By hiring him we likely

have some stability on the staff. But, the pressure is now on these three guys big time. Yes we need a better schedule. Apparently we are doing that. But without Eli, what is currently on the roster cannot compete with the Zags and the enhanced schedule. Getting Nick back would help but is not enough. The pressure is on big time to enhance this roster.
