Agreed. We need assistants with experience under different systems and coaches.

Even though Jaime Hill was a mess, Bronco credited him for bringing in a very successful 3-4 defense. Bronco said he was very surprised how quickly it started working and how successful they were with it.

Bringing in varying experiences can only help bring new input and breathe new life.
