What did Rondo actually get done in his 4.5 yrs at the helm beyond firing

Roger Reid (which Reid largely accomplished on his own) and joining the MWC? Did he fundraise for significant improvements in facilities? Did he secure lucrative partnerships? Did he renegotiate contracts or make any significant hires? Did he improve the program?

I don't have an axe to grind with Rondo, I'm sure he's a great guy. His legendary status just seems a bit over done based on his accomplishments.
