I think many would be on board with a modest increase in tuition, but don't...

... forget that it can be argued fairly convincingly that the LDS church putting so many students through BYU so cheaply has a greater return on investment (future tithing and the higher likelihood of BYU grads staying active and tithe-paying members) than anything else they do with church funds.
