I agree as long as there is evidence that he’s learning from his mistakes.
There are examples of him have too much of a laid back atmosphere and that he pushes blame to others.
If I can see he is consistently requiring discipline and accountability and that he owns his mistake as the HC of the team, I’m fine to give him a pass for a few more years while he gets his system and players in place.
