team culture problems towards the end. Admittedly it is hard to keep a good culture when you are losing A LOT, but if I start to feel like that is a reoccurring problem I would be ready to let him go right away, even mid season. My gut says he can and will succeed given time. IMO one of the most telling parts of that is that he understands the line on both ends are a priority. I have a hard time imagining that we will not improve if we are always focusing on recruiting quality OL and DL players.
