I'm glad Kalani is taking some Bronco-ism into account with the football program
Many criticize Bronco here with some valid arguments. There were certain things that I didn't agree with or understand about his coaching style until I read the book referenced in Harmon's latest article.

He took a very methodical approach to how he coached, recruited, and ran the program. He knew he was in over his head when he took the HC position and got the help he needed from Paul Gustavson on organizational leadership (and behavior).

I'm glad the pendulum is swinging back a bit. Bronco was on the right path due to the unique challenges at BYU. He wasn't a perfect coach for sure, but he did get a few things right and those shouldn't be dismissed.
