During the worst year for the company I worked for at the time, received a $30k

bonus but nobody else at the company received a bonus due to the downturn measures we successfully initiated. I ended up sharing mine with my right hand guy and would have shared it with one more key person except that I knew he would have been livid that I got one in the first place and he didn't.
