Money is not the driver for Young.

He is a partner at a private equity firm. He has MNF. He is not giving up all that to work as the AD. He donates most/all of his MNF earnings to his charity "Forever Young" and looks at the PE job as his fulltime gig.

Additionally, he and his wife is not moving to Provo from the Bay area. His wife is likely very rooted there with Provo not being a destination for them.
